Job Description: Seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of commercial fitout projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple commercial fitout projects concurrently, ranging from office spaces to retail establishments
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Liaise with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee site activities, including procurement, construction, and installation phases
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to project standards and safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule while meeting quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial fitout industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
