About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Project Manager to work at our office in Shenton Park. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in leading the Association's Digital Transformation Program by managing key projects from inception to completion.
This position reports directly to the Chief Information Officer and will be responsible for proactive project management and strong collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of maximum value to the Association.
About You
You will have proven experience in senior management within or an understanding of the NFP / Human Services sector, compliance and quality standards.
For this role, you will ideally have, but not limited to:
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive experience and expertise in managing and leading complex projects, including proficiency in project management systems and tools, with a demonstrated track record of meeting project targets.
- Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and strategic planning skills with proven ability to use initiative and innovative thinking to identify and resolve complex problems.
