Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and project information
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met
- Project administration
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets including project reporting
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members
- Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Experienced using MS Project / Office 365 / Confluence
- PMP / Prince 2 or equivalent certification is a plus

Hourly Rate circa $78 / hour - $92 / Inc Super
