Ongoing successes and a great working environment are strengthened by their caring and family-orientated culture.The Role Seeking a collaborative and dedicated Project Manager, with 3-5 years’ experience delivering D&C Fit-Out Projects on time and within budget. Understanding the importance of managing stakeholders, acquiring resources, and collaborating with diverse team members and contractors is crucial.
Responsibilities- Manage client expectations through regular contact and meetings
- Attend and play a key role in client presentations
- Manage all project stakeholders (designers, contractors, private certifiers, building managers, finance dept, Site Managers, etc.) to ensure project goals are met
- Interpret plans and provide final cost and quantities of materials needed
- Supervise, in conjunction with Site Managers, subcontractors to make sure standards & regulations of building performance, quality, cost schedules, and safety are maintained
- Maintain accurate project cost control including profit and loss reporting and invoice management
- Create and track project schedules
- Chair PCG Meetings
- Prepare variations in conjunction with Project Managers
- Raise and Process subcontractor Purchase Orders
- Coordinate and preparation of CDC & Occupation Certificates
- Assist in developing & closing out statutory requirements (BCA Documents)
- Ensure building regulations, standards, and by-laws are enforced in building operations
- Ensure all WH&S site regulations are met
You
- Demonstrated Design & Construct Fitout Project Management experience
- Tertiary qualifications: Bachelor Degree / Diploma of Construction and/or Project Management
- Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively communicate with team members
- Leadership skills
