Reporting to the Southern Regional Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible the accurate and quality management of various administration and project management tasks relating to tier one signage rollouts.
Strong communication skills are a must, and the successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of signage product knowledge and domain expertise. The applicant will also be focused on building strong relationships with key clients, suppliers and staff to maintain Scaffad’s high standards and quality assurance processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supporting the Melbourne team with various project administration tasks.
- Entering project information into ERP system, raise purchase orders and issue project documentation to vendors and clients.
- Cultivate and maintain essential relationships with key suppliers and clients through effective communication.
- Respond to and issue Requests for Information (RFI) pertaining to active projects.
