The Role
Reporting to the Project Lead, your previous experience in an engineering, manufacturing or a similar heavy industry environment, will prove valuable.
In addition, you will also be responsible for but not limited to:
- Manage project incidents, injuries or near misses to improve the workplace.
- Coordinate the delivery of assign projects through all stages of the Project Management System.
- Develop cost estimates, capital expenditure proposals and execution of project scope
- Coordinate the project team and contractors to safely delivery of project outcomes.
- Manage the resourcing and recruitment requirements for project delivery.
- Arrange for efficient communications between internal and external customers to ensure a proper and timely exchange of information.
What you’ll bring
Ideally we are looking to hear from people with experience in engineering/ project delivery in manufacturing plants or similar heavy industry.
Other desired skills and experience include:
- You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
- Proven coordination of multidiscipline project teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage budget and schedule control
- Familiarity with Engineering Design Office systems and processes and Project Management Systems
- Proven project and portfolio delivery. Experience in managing significant size and complexity projects within a continuous processing environment

The Site
Our Geelong Operations are conveniently situated 70km southwest of Melbourne and have a proud history spanning over 100 years. We proudly contribute to the manufacturing and distribution of fertiliser to support farmers across Australia. Our local operations encompass both our Manufacturing plant and Distribution facilities. The manufacturing facility operates 24/7, producing Single Superphosphate (SSP), while our distribution facilities at North Shore and Oyster Cove handle the storage and dispatch of bagged, bulk, and liquid fertiliser products. With a dedicated team hailing from the Geelong region and beyond, we prioritise safety and operational excellence to effectively serve our business and customers.
