Project Manager - Built-Form Industrial

This Private Developer and Institutional Fund Manager are in the top handful of market players in several countries across APAC and right now the Australian Team, especially the Melbourne office, are currently in an unprecedented and impressive growth phase. 

Seeing a gap in their current Team, this group would like to bring on board an experienced Project Manager who has solid foundations working in the built-form industrial space. Your responsibilities:
  
With exposure to all stages of the development cycle; acquisition, feasibility, design, construction, delivery, and marketing, your responsibilities will include some of the following:

• Managing a project team of consultants to deliver outcomes necessary to produce high-quality developments ie. managing construction programmes and contract administration
• Monitoring aspects of the development process from project due diligence and acquisitions, feasibility, design, approvals, sales & marketing, through to delivery 
• Exercise due professional skills to ensure all projects are completed within the nominated time, budget, and quality.
• Prepare regular project reports advising management on the status of key development progress and required actions.
• Identify cost savings and add value to projects and coordinate the tender process 

About you:

• University qualifications in Property related discipline such as Bachelor in Property & Construction, Engineering or Architecture
• Track record and solid experience in built-form industrial as a Project Manager, Development Manager or related consultant 
• Persuasive communication skills, analytical personality, thoroughness, organisation skills, flexible nature, and innovation in problem-solving.
• Team-oriented is a Number 1 Priority - Collaboration is key
• Energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, and an ability to work under pressure.
