We are currently seeking a Project Manager / Project Co-Ordinator to join our team for a Concrete Project in Onslow. This role will be Site based in Plibara and in Perth at our Bibra Lake Office.
About the Role:
- Developing tender construction methodology, schedules, and pricing for submission to client.
- Maintain effective relationships and facilitate regular communication with Formstruct management team and teams onsite.
- Running projects from start to finish once awarded
- Travelling to remote sites on a regular basis to complete scoping and tendering of new works and monitoring current projects.
- Coordinating procurement of all materials relevant to the project in line with set budgets and requests.
- Requesting quotes from all managing sub contractors relevant to project
- Liaising with Planning and Mobilisation teams for labour requirements.
- Managing project costs, budget, scope of works and project execution to ensure project compliance.
- Ensure adherence to client requirements as well as Company Policies, plans and procedures.
- Overseeing site project execution, HSE support, Quality and close out.
- Preparing and maintenance Microsoft project schedules and work to tight deadlines and budgets.
- Reviewing and advising on commercial, contracts and scope departures.
- Maintenance, tracking and reporting on project progress and performance.
- Working closely with clients, Formstruct management and all other project staff.
