Project Admin / Communications - Major Renewables Project - Perth based with flexible work options
Our client, a leading engineering consultancy, is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team here in their Perth office. They currently own one of the strongest project portfolios in WA, across the Mining, Oil & Gas, and Energy sectors. With the variety and stable pipeline of projects, they can offer long-term contracts which they are keen to turn into ongoing or permanent arrangements according to your preference.

As a Project Administrator, you must have a keen interest in communications, and demonstrated experience in preparing whole of project team briefing as well as general effective project communications.
Role responsibilities include:
- Preparation of communications and presentations to address multiple stakeholders, individuals and groups.
- Keeping the project team up to date with information sharing and updating of project sharepoint site.
- Provide the project team with administration and clerical support.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and other group activities. Preparation of expense reports.
About you:
- Accreditation or training including secretarial, or office administration qualifications would be preferred but not essential.
- Project admin experience on a major resources project is highly regarded.
- High level of computer proficiency in preparation of documents, presentations and spreadsheets.
- Must have an interest in communications with project team.
- Must have experience in preparing whole of project team briefing.
- Must have general effective project communications experience.
