Your Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record in delivering commercial projects exceeding $30m, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Previous exposure to various contracts including Design & Construct.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid industry endorsements.
