We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2-5 years of experience in commercial fit outs, construction, and refurbishments, with expertise in managing projects up to $10 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Commercial Construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and performance.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial fitouts, construction, and refurbishments.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and schedule.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ISO accreditation and government project requirements preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
