Established Mechanical Contractor operating in the commercial HVAC sector with a strong track record of successful projects valued between $500k to $2M is looking to hire. Specialising in Design & Construct (D&C) and Fit-Outs, our client has developed solid relationships with customers in Education, Aged Care, and Healthcare, demonstrating their commitment to quality and reliability.

The Role:
Working directly with the owner of the business, contribute ideas and make decisions. Here, efficiency and agility are at the core of how they operate, allowing for rapid decision-making and implementation of innovative solutions.

Ideally you are either a Mechanical Engineer or have a relevant trade background where you have progressed into a position where you have been managing multiple projects, ensuring each is delivered efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Oversee project aspects from cost forecasting to coordination, reporting, and delivery, with a focus on VRF air conditioning systems
• Collaborate with engineers, site staff, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

• A proven track record in the Australian commercial HVAC sector demonstrating your knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards
• Individuals adept at managing project costs and delivering projects on time and within budget
