Form of workWe are currently on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join our on-going compliance uplift program.
About the opportunity
Reporting into the Program Director, this 12-month Project Management contract will see you responsible for the leadership and management of projects and programme workstreams. Taking a hands-on approach, you will deliver a broad range of compliance deliverables, driving engagement and communication to help build the required relationships and deliver complex and incremental change. This role will play a key role within the PMO and will be responsible for the timely delivery of milestones and the tracking of risks, dependencies and issues. You will use, and support the improvement of, key project documentation, and the management of stakeholder relationships to ensure quality business outcomes and goals are achieved.
About you
You will have proven experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record of project delivery within complex and progressive organisations. You will have a thorough understanding of project/programme management techniques and methods. Your attention to detail and time management skills will be unrivalled, coupled with your ability to plan ahead, handle multiple tasks concurrently and work towards and meet deadlines. You will possess excellent knowledge of MS Office, with a high level of MS Excel (and ideally MS Project and Visio). You will champion your interpersonal skills and collaborative leadership style to ensure you actively promote teamwork, and will have proven and well-developed communication, influencing, negotiation and decision-making skills. Confidence to solicit, interpret and provide judgement to the information required for PgMO deliverable and reports is also a must.
