AddressOur client is a highly regarded funds management business who specialise in mixed-use hotel, residential and commercial developments across the Eastern Seaboard. With a number of flagship developments nearing delivery phase, this group are currently looking to add a Client Side Project Manager to their in-house project management team.
The Role
Working under the leadership of the Director of Project Management, this role will focus on driving developments from post town planning through to completion. You will gain exposure to detail design, ECI, procurement, FFE and construction delivery. Working closely with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders you will ensure that developments are fully coordinated across design, delivery and into operations.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience / skillset:
- Proven track record in the delivery of built form projects on the Eastern Seaboard
- 3-5 years of professional experience working in construction or client side project management
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level commercial acumen
