Project Manager Electrical & Communications

Established in 1910 Stowe and in its third generation of family ownership Stowe prides itself on providing a prompt and efficient service that sees its clients returning time and time again.To meet the ever-increasing requirements of its customer base, Stowe is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join its expanding Client Services Department as an Electrical / Communication Project Manager working in its Rail Division. Your role will involve all facets of project managing a diverse range of communications and electrical projects with the support and backing of a company that has been operating for over 100 years.Your role will involve working with our team of engineers and estimators to deliver high quality installations to our expansive blue-chip client base.You will need to demonstrate a strong background in the Electrical & Communications project management and the ability to lead a team of highly motivated and extremely experience field personnel. You will also demonstrate the ability to liaise directly with customers and when require negotiate solutions that benefit both parties. Experience in MS Project as well as various other forms of project management software is essential.Ideally you will need to be well versed in:

• The requirements of working on fast paced Rail projects.
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships employees with customers.
• Understanding and implementing the companies Safety & Quality requirements.
• Managing the financial aspects of the projects you are managing.
• Ensuring that teams are managed effectively and efficiently.
• Delivering OCS projects in the rail environment.
• Well versed in installing structured and fiber optic cabling, CCTV, PA Security and PLC systems.

As a minimum, you will have 5 years’ experience with Rail projects, hold an A Grade Electrical licence, ACMA Cablers registration with Fiber, Copper and Coax endorsements and hold private security individual registration, other qualifications looked on favourably.Salary and package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.If you feel you have what it takes to take on this challenging and rewarding opportunity, please do not hesitate to make contact with us.Must hold the right to work in Australia.No recruitment agencies please.
