- Lead the project and change management of the modernisation of Microsoft Suite collaboration tools including to ensure effective governance to drive successful outcomes.
- Develop a plan to stage modernisation collaboration and communication across the District.
- Build capability across the District in the use of best-practice governance approaches, through the provision of leadership, education, and mentoring of staff at all levels.
- Promote and facilitate awareness and participation in communities of practice which promote and deliver improvement and innovation.
- Develop a District document repository guidelines which will identify the appropriate storage solution ie OneDrive, MS Teams, SharePoint, Content Manager (TRIM), eMR and the intranet.
- Develop policies and processes to enable best practice document management for resources not covered by the District Manager Corporate Records & Archiving (Content Manager TRIM), District Health Information Manager (Clinical records) or the District Manager of Information Management (Data).
- Designing the structure of the target solutions and communications across the District for departments to prepare their data for migration.
- Provide training, support and direction to district users and managers.
- Ensure ongoing governance is established over document storage and management to improve the security and efficiency within a consistent framework to ensure effective controls.
- Ensure security principles and standards are consistently applied and enforced after the migration and to maintaining compliance and reporting of M365 technology to the district and eHealth/Ministry of Health as required.
- Provide feedback and guidance on best practice for MS Teams use in delivering Virtual care.
- Advanced knowledge of communication and collaboration tools in Microsoft Suite.
- Previous experience with structured document management and an awareness of the NSW State records Act and local governance processes.
- Demonstrated ability to pro-actively manage time and competing priorities, working autonomously and delivering to agreed deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, to problem solve and to pro-actively manage issues and risks in order to facilitate timely and positive outcomes.
- Demonstrated communication, negotiation and influencing skills which promote high quality outcomes and collaborations with clinical and non-clinical staff and other stakeholders.
- Highly developed administrative skills, including the demonstrated ability to manage time, lead and coordinate meetings, and develop high quality outputs, such as communication materials.
- Current, unrestricted NSW Drivers license and ability to travel throughout the District as required.
