About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a background in construction, building services upgrade experience, and essential safety upgrades. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting high safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project goals are met
- Ensure projects comply with industry regulations and safety standards
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and quality control of projects
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver successful projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of service upgrade processes and essential safety upgrades
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
- Proficient in project management tools and software
