SalaryMayday Blue are looking for a Project Manager to join one of Sydney's fastest growing civil contractors who work across Bulk Earth work projects ranging from 3 million up to 20 million
The Benefits:
- $150,000-$180,000 Base

The role:
- Driving construction teams and subcontractors on-site.
- Managing client and consultant relationships.
- Setting programs and budgets from structure through to handover
- Implement effective project management strategies, including risk management, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
The Requirements:
- Proven Experience within the Civil space
- Proven track record of delivering projects of up to 20 million
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
