Project Manager to join the team.The Electrical
Project Manager will spearhead the management of building services, with a particular emphasis on electrical systems, throughout the entire lifecycle of projects across Crown Resorts Melbourne Property. Collaborating closely with the property design and development team, this role will play a pivotal role in the implementation of cutting-edge electrical solutions within development projects.
Key responsibilities;- Coordinate site activities and review contractor programs to ensure project requirements are met. Manage rectification works and conduct inspections for installation quality.
- Ensure team compliance through training and monitoring. Uphold health and safety responsibilities outlined in CrownSAFE guidelines.
- Prioritise personnel safety by adhering to health and safety requirements and maintaining a safe working environment.
About you;- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or progression through trades in management position.
- Extensive experience working in project management of complex multidisciplinary engineering or construction projects.
- Previous experience in building or design related major projects.
- Experienced and technically competent with building services including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire, vertical transportation and associated services.
