The organisation currently requires the skills of a Project Manager who possesses knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM), Workforce Management (WFM) or HR/Payroll software (SaaS) implementations.
May may be a dedicated Project Manager with 1-3+ years of PM experience. Alternatively, you may have come from a HCM/WFM software vendor background, or client-side HCM/WFM project implementation background, within a systems support, customer success, consultancy role, and have interest in leveraging this experience to become a dedicated Project Manager.
The Project Manager will enjoy extensive training and mentorship from some of the best HCM/WFM systems and project specialists in the country, including exposure to all aspects of: business requirements elicitation and gap analysis, solutions design, platform deployment, data migration support, systems integration, go-live, UAT and project hand over. Operating in tandem with a senior Project Manager, you will act as the vital information conduit between platform implementation staff, various customer stakeholders, executive management, and third-party vendor resources. You will therefore possess superior communication and interpersonal skills to go along with a pragmatic approach, great energy and a cast-iron sense of humour.
You will ideally bring to the table:
- 1-3+ years of experience in software (ideally SaaS) project support, project coordination, project leadership and/or project management
- Demonstrated understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM), Workforce Management (WFM), or HR/Payroll software
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as patented stakeholder management capability
- Experience with PM tools / practices / methodologies / certifications e.g. Prince2, PMBoK or similar well regarded (but not compulsory)
