Project Manager | Human Capital Management (Saas) | Work From Home

The organisation currently requires the skills of a Project Manager who possesses knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM), Workforce Management (WFM) or HR/Payroll software (SaaS) implementations.
  
May may be a dedicated Project Manager with 1-3+ years of PM experience. Alternatively, you may have come from a HCM/WFM software vendor background, or client-side HCM/WFM project implementation background, within a systems support, customer success, consultancy role, and have interest in leveraging this experience to become a dedicated Project Manager.
  
The Project Manager will enjoy extensive training and mentorship from some of the best HCM/WFM systems and project specialists in the country, including exposure to all aspects of: business requirements elicitation and gap analysis, solutions design, platform deployment, data migration support, systems integration, go-live, UAT and project hand over. Operating in tandem with a senior Project Manager, you will act as the vital information conduit between platform implementation staff, various customer stakeholders, executive management, and third-party vendor resources. You will therefore possess superior communication and interpersonal skills to go along with a pragmatic approach, great energy and a cast-iron sense of humour.
  
You will ideally bring to the table:

• 1-3+ years of experience in software (ideally SaaS) project support, project coordination, project leadership and/or project management
• Demonstrated understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM), Workforce Management (WFM), or HR/Payroll software
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as patented stakeholder management capability
• Experience with PM tools / practices / methodologies / certifications e.g. Prince2, PMBoK or similar well regarded (but not compulsory)

The Project Manager will exercise strong autonomy within the role. You may attend corporate headquarters (Sydney or Melbourne), and visit customer worksites. Though, this role will be based predominantly From Home.
