SalaryRole Overview: As the Project Manager for IT Infrastructure Readiness, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration of a new IT application (ERP) within our organization. This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of our IT infrastructure and drive business efficiency.Responsibilities:Execute a comprehensive project plan (creating by Solution Integrator already) to ready the business for the adoption of a new IT application.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration, focusing on networking, user acceptance testing (UAT), applications, and performance testing.Oversee the implementation of necessary infrastructure enhancements and upgrades.Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.Foster effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Lead and inspire project teams to achieve project goals.Requirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT infrastructure readiness projects.Strong background in networking, UAT, applications, performance testing and End User Computing.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute detailed project plans.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving business objectives.Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in IT infrastructure.PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
