The Project Manager will deliver projects ensuring their completion in consultation with key stakeholders, on time, within budget and to the required quality and organisational standards. In-scope projects include the implementation of small to medium SAAS products such as service management platforms and legal practice management software.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and document compelling business cases, project initiation documents and stage plans to secure resources and funding for projects. This includes linking strategy to the outcome and assisting Project Sponsors and Business Owners in defining and driving business outcomes.

- Use strong interpersonal and people management skills to instil a strong vision for the project, with the ability to influence and mentor others.
- Lead and manage projects to achieve objectives and benefits realisation in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage numerous supplier relationships to deliver required technical products.
- Liaise with stakeholders, business representatives and vendors on project activities and actively manage stakeholder expectations and agreed objectives.
- Develop, maintain and store (in accordance with the agency's records management policies) high-quality project documentation to ensure effective communication of project goals, scope and deliverables.
- identify, evaluate and manage risks, issues, dependencies and constraints through practical mitigation strategies to support successful project delivery.
- Manage project scope schedule and budget (including project resources) and escalate any issues with the relevant project boards.
- Support change management activities required for the realisation of project benefits.
