This commissions-based opportunity offers an OTE of $110k+, and is suited for ambitious individuals who excel in results-driven environments and possess expertise in delivering sophisticated lending advice. Our well-established team will continue to foster your growth as a Broker by providing you with warm leads through existing networks and industry connections.

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to grasp their financial objectives and suggest suitable mortgage products.
• Educate clients on the nuances of various mortgage options and guide them through decision-making.
• Aid clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering required documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure a seamless application process.
• Stay abreast of market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes.
• Furnish clients with timely, pertinent information to facilitate their decision-making.
• Generate leads through diverse channels such as networking events, social media, referrals, and existing client base.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and other industry stakeholders.

• 2 + years experience as a Mortgage/Finance Broker or Banker (lending based role)
• Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills, coupled with a commitment to setting achievable client expectations.
• Proficiency in mortgage products, lending regulations, and market dynamics.
• Data-driven mindset, with a knack for gathering and processing client information.
• Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain).
