Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage resources to meet project objectives
- Monitor and meet project budgets, addressing risks and opportunities
- Coach and mentor project staff for growth and development
- Ensure compliance with and improvement of project management systems
- Prepare, check, and submit professional estimates/tenders
- Ensure all project operations comply with company systems
- Supervise and maintain harmony with all workers on/off site
- Control project expenditure and duration to meet targets
- Forecast project revenues and profit margins accurately
- Maintain a tidy and operational project site
- Conduct regular project management meetings
- Inform clients and management of project performance and issues
- Ensure monthly invoicing per contract terms, including claimable variations
- Tertiary degree qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or similar, 5 years experience in Supervision of Construction and/or other relative fields
- Cert IV in OHS not required, but desirable
- Excellent programming and planning skills
- Highly articulate with strong leadership and communication skills
- Extensive project management and delivery skills, including budgeting, coordinating work priorities, cost control, stakeholder management, subcontractor management, documentation, statutory approvals, and leading project teams
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and MS Project
