We have Multiple opportunities available for

Role: Project Manager – Infra / Banking Experience

Location: Sydney

Permanent or Fixed Term contract – 12 months with Possible extensions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Promote and manage relationships with stakeholders: This involves building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, collaborations, and service providers. Effective stakeholder management is crucial for project success.
• Strong Banking and Infra EXP- Mandatory
• Liaise and negotiate with stakeholders: Effective communication and coordination with stakeholders are vital to ensure the timely delivery of outcomes and to address any potential issues or concerns.
• Oversee project resources and team: Managing project resources and ensuring a high-performing, motivated, and well-developed team are critical for achieving successful project results.

Qualifications/Experience

• Strong leadership experience in guiding cross-functional agile project teams through critical and complex programs of work. Demonstrated ability to handle challenging projects effectively.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to foster seamless coordination and collaboration with stakeholders. Ensuring effective communication is vital for project success.
• Proven track record of managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, cross-agency collaborations, and service providers. Proficient in stakeholder management to ensure project alignment and support.
• Proficiency in utilizing project management frameworks/methodologies such as Agile and Hybrid Agile. Familiarity with and successful application of established methodologies for achieving project objectives.
