Join our well established Not for Profit Client as a Finance Business Partner, independently supporting the Housing and Homelessness division in their expansion into a new social housing space. Analyze financial performance, offer insights for improvement, and coach the team for sustainable program management. This multifaceted role covers strategic, operational, and management accounting. Proactively advise leaders on financial remediation, benchmark operational data, and apply project management to growth initiatives.

The role
Expectations is to Support the Housing & Homelessness portfolio. The role will have a blend of strategy, operations, management accounting. This role will have no direct reports.

About you:
- Experienced Finance Business Partner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative and supportive team player.
- Tertiary qualifications and CPA/CA accreditation.
- Experience in complex funding models, preferably with Government funders.
- Knowledge of financial accounting principles, treasury management
- Experience in community housing or property development is a must for this role.
