Landscape Solutions is currently recruiting Project Managers to join our award-winning construction division. We work in partnership with Top Tier builders, developers and councils. Due to our continued growth year upon year, Solutions are constantly on the lookout to secure the highest quality candidates within the industry.
Experience & skillset required.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience as Project Manager on large scale Civil & Landscape packages $3m+ within the
- Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors. Provide clear instructions, assign tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements. Ensure adherence to project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high construction standards. Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Communication and Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, reports, and progress assessments. Address any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure contract compliance, monitor performance, and manage any changes or disputes that arise during the project lifecycle.

What will you need?
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field. (Desirable)
- Extensive experience with Plant & Equipment operating in live environments.
- MUST HAVE EXPEREINCE IN CIVIL OR LANDSCAPE INDUSTRY
- WHS White Card
- National Police Check (or be willing to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain)
