Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished third-party logistics professional to join a global 3PL business as their Project Manager - Logistics, joining their team on a permanent basis and leading strategic projects across ANZ for new account implementation, expansion, and operations. Your new role In your new role as Project Manager - Logistics, your key responsibilities will include:
Full-cycle management of multiple customer onboarding projects across the region, leading projects from the initiation and planning stage, through to facility establishment and operational launch.
Conducting all necessary planning and analysis for projects, with an emphasis on cost-effectiveness, leveraging the wider supply chain network, and communicating plans and timeliness across key stakeholders both internal and external.
Liaising with Operations Managers across the region, ensuring communication and successful delivery of projects and instilling a continuous improvement mindset.
Management of customer relationships and expectations, delivering projects as per contractual obligations and agreed timelines, resolving issues, and serving as a key point of contact.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in third-party logistics, with exposure to the full customer lifecycle within a 3PL environment across facility start up, customer onboarding, and logistics operations.
Project management experience, with a demonstrated ability to successfully deliver complex projects over multiple geographies, within time, budget, and quality parameters
A bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study, with a project management certifications and other relevant accreditations highly regarded.
Strong leadership skills, with a track-record of developing a culture of continuous improvement across broad teams, excellent commercial acumen, and demonstrated account management skills.
