AddressHillbrook Projects is an emerging building company, providing quality projects in the specialty residential (Disability Accommodation), Rooming House, Medium Density Townhouse and commercial/retail/hospitality fit out space across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Due to continued growth in our pipeline of works, we are currently looking for an experienced residential and commerical construction Senior Project Manager to join our team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Project Management responsibility of specialty residential and townhouse projects;
- Management and Oversite of Project team
- Assist with scheduling of all trades, sub-contractors etc;
- Work with Construction & Site Managers to ensure projects are on time and on budget;
- Liaise with other project stakeholders as required.
What we need from you:
- Demonstrated experience in a Project Manager role with a minimum of 5 plus years, specifically with residential and townhouse projects;
- Demonstrated experience with construction knowledge and diverse knowledge aroudn the property development industry in whole;
- Ability to navigate around complexities and problem solve;
- Demonstrate an ability to accurately read & interpret drawings;
- Be able to demonstrate acute attention-to-detail in all your work;
- Strong relationship management skills;
- A high level of energy and a ‘team first’ work ethic;
- A positive attitude towards everything you do;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
