NPI / Mine Camp Construction
TEN Recruitment is working closely with a NPI / Mine Camp Construction client who is delivering several projects throughout the Pilbara & Kimberley region. With new projects awarded we are now recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join their ever-growing team.
Your day-to-day duties will be to manage each project from a Senior position being accountable for finance, quality, delivery, client liaison plus more. Your new role will report directly into the Operations Manager the business who has an open-door policy. Under your management, you’ll have a very experienced team ranging from CA’s, Site Managers, Engineers, Administration. This role will also entail you being the main point of contact for client on each individual project.
Essential criteria:
5+ years’ experience managing projects ideally within the NPI / Camp Construction Area.
Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or another relevant field.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products and project management software.
Proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.
Strong negotiation, dispute resolution and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work to strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
Current “C” Class Drivers License with reliable transport.
This role will offer a salary of up to $200k plus super & when travelling to site, full accomodation and flights will be provided.
