Now we have a permanent full-time opportunity for a passionate, and driven Project Manager to join our team based in Regency Park.
In this leadership position, you will be responsible for executing all of our South Australian Pergola Verandah and Decking projects. You'll lead a team of contractors, site supervisors, and draftspeople. Guaranteeing the accuracy and timely delivery of project drawings and costs. Additionally, you'll oversee production schedules, manage inventory, and provide exceptional customer support, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire process.
About the role:
- Production & Scheduling: Oversee the production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Inventory & Logistics: Manage inventory levels, source materials, and ensure cost-effective deliveries.
- Sales Support: As the primary customer contact, you will manage inquiries, orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
- Team Leadership: Guide and motivate your team to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
About you:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production or construction (PVD experience is desirable)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in managing teams of trades people/ installers
- Exceptional time management, project planning and knowledge of dispute resolution processes
- Ability to problem solve and analyse complex problems with high attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer centric mindset
- Current driver's license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
