Eligibility: Open to EveryoneAbout the AgencyThe Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing (ORSR) is the lead agency for the Government's policy on sport and active recreation. ORSR is responsible for State Government policy and legislation as it relates to the sector, its key programs, sport and recreation infrastructure and funding programs. The ORSR supports sport and recreation organisations, Councils and the community through the development of policy, programs and resources, the provision of funding, recreation and sport planning, infrastructure development, elite sport pathways and programs, and the promotion of physical activity.About the Division - Infrastructure and PlanningThe Infrastructure and Planning division provides a strategic and integrated approach towards the planning, development, delivery and management of recreation and sport infrastructure and works to build diversity, strength, capacity and sustainability with industry clients and the community.The division is responsible for a number of the State's key sporting assets, including major sporting venues such as the South Australian Sports Institute, Australian Centre for Sports Aerodynamics, Adelaide SuperDrome, and SA Athletics Stadium. It is also responsible for managing the delivery and mobilisation of key projects including the new South Australian Sports Institute and the Adelaide Aquatic Centre.It also undertakes strategic facility planning and works closely with stakeholders in the development of sound business cases to inform Government strategic investment decisions.Role Highlights

- Some work outside of normal hours will be required.
- Current driver's licence and the willingness to drive is essential.
- Demonstrated experience managing state or regionally significant facility development projects/construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and schedules for state or regionally significant large construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience conducting successful and meaningful stakeholder engagement, and ability to navigate complex competing interests.
