About you | Project Manager
RAW Australia is looking for a Project Manager due to expansion and securing multiple large projects in the commercial sector. You’ll always have work at RAW! Experience in commercial and residential architectural roofing is preferred however not essential. Here’s a summary of what you’ll bring:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
- Lead project teams, providing direction and support to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for timely delivery.
- Identify and address project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Prepare project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting achievements and challenges.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Roofing and Cladding systems and industry best practices preferred.
- Familiarity with construction project management software and tools.
- Financial acumen in budget management and procurement processes.
