Our client is a well-known university who is on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager who has experience in Enterprise Service Management and implementation of tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Cherwell, Avanti, BMC, etc)
Responsibilities:
- Strategy and planning; define project scope, timelines, success criteria, budgets, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management; build effective and mutually beneficial client service relationships between the business and different stakeholders.
- Strategy and planning; drive pre-project work with the business, which may include RFPs, feasibility assessments, scoping, business case and other related activities, working in conjunction with other parts of the business.
- Operational management; Manage operational relationships with key business partners/stakeholders affected by system upgrades/enhancements
- Deliver projects to the agreed TCQ (Time, Cost & Quality)
- Coordinate the development team to deliver on technical content required for implementation purposes.
