SalaryAbout Us: TfNSW is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Project Manager or Senior Engineer to join our team based in Newcastle, NSW. As a key player in the region, we are dedicated to ensuring the safety and functionality of our infrastructure, particularly focusing on Bridge Maintenance projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project briefs for upcoming Bridge Maintenance projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and specifications.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of maintenance projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
- Bridge bearing replacements
- Mechanical and electrical upgrades
- Guard rail installations and upgrades
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management or senior engineering roles.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Bridge Maintenance projects is highly desirable.
- Office-based in Newcastle, NSW.
- Part-time position, 3 days a week.
- 6-month contract.
