Remuneration: $ 118,883- $ 133,948 (based on experience) FTE + 17% Super and leave loading
Location: Kensington, NSW (Hybrid working, work from home and from UNSW Sydney campus)

Why Your Role Matters:
As The Project Manager you will play a key role in working with the Surveillance, Evaluation & Research Program (SERP) to develop and implement an evaluation framework for a multi-faceted sexually transmissible infection (STI) intervention in a remote First Nations setting. The role entails developing the evaluation documentation in consultation with the project team and a community coalition, initiating and overseeing the project, including managing all stakeholder engagement, collecting, and analysing quantitative data, and communicating the findings.
The role reports to the Senior Research Fellow and has no direct reports.
Who You Are:
Relevant tertiary qualification.
Demonstrated experience in First Nations health research with an understanding of the approach, skills and personal attributes required.
Demonstrated knowledge of evaluation frameworks and significant experience (at least 5 years) in health services research and public health evaluations, particularly in infectious diseases is desirable.
Demonstrated project management experience (at least 5 years) including experience in the strategic development of project plans, objectives, and documentation.
Demonstrated data analysis skills with proven experience in preparing statistical data for publication including experience using STATA or other statistical analysis programs.
Well-developed time management, problem-solving and organisational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team, collaborate across disciplines and build effective stakeholder relationships with a range of people at different levels, both internal and external.
An understanding of and commitment to UNSW’s aims, objectives, and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines.
Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training.
