PASG Projects (Property and Strata Group) is a leading project management firm with the focus of remediating buildings with structural, waterproofing, and combustible cladding issues. We coordinate and manage consultants and contractors to fix buildings with defects.
PASG Projects provides the highest standard of project management to owners and strata, building and facilities managers. We pride ourselves on having a proprietary process for managing remediation projects, and for our high level of communication and client service.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of building remediation projects. This role will assist in growing the Victorian operation and managing relationships with key stakeholders. It is suited to an individual who has established networks of building consultants and contractors and is experienced in working with strata managers and building owners.
The role requires the successful applicant to have a sound knowledge of the Victorian construction industry, its regulations and practices. You will be computer savvy and have great people and communication skills. There will be a high-level of interaction with our clients, contractors and other stakeholders. Producing written reports and client communication is an essential part of this role.

Your background:
- Experienced in delivering projects in the construction industry with an understanding of building remediation.
- Qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
- Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in written form.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce quality reports.
- Track record of timely reporting and meeting objectives and assigned KPIs.
- Effective networker who can grow collaborative relationships.
- Experienced in presenting to small groups on building projects and providing progress reports.
- Willingness to learn and be part of a fun team.
The role:
- Work closely with our project management team and contractors to ensure adherence to contracts and plans, the delivery of high-quality work, the meeting of deadlines, and the proactive engagement of clients.
- Deliver client projects following internal PASG processes and achieving performance benchmarks.
- Write clear and concise communication and reports for stakeholders.
- Work with existing clients and develop new client opportunities.
- Use your qualifications and understanding of construction, to assist in resolving problems in a timely manner whilst seeking assistance where required.
- Well presented with great people and communication skills.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our approach.
- Effective time management with an organised approach to work.
- A team player who values collaborative relationships.
- Able to identify and develop new business opportunities.
