About Us:
We are a dynamic and growing privately-owned development company, engaged in a variety of projects in childcare and commercial property including refurbishments and greenfield developments. We are looking for a Part-Time Project Manager 2-3 days per week to join our team and contribute to our exciting future.
The Role:
As a Part-Time Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in diverse project management tasks, focusing on refurbishments and greenfield developments. You will work closely with our property maintenance and rent roll management teams, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects within strict deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate efforts with the property maintenance and rent roll management teams.
- Assist with the development of project scopes, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to the COO as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work from the Kippa-Ring office on Tuesdays.
- Experience working with professionals organising DA’s and BA’s.
- Proven working experience in project management within the property development or construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
