About the Position:

Due to recent contract awards, and our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate a range of upcoming marine and subsea projects, and also take on management of existing long-term oil and gas chartered vessels. The position is offered with an initial 12-month fixed term, with possibility to transition to a permanent full-time position. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project planning and coordination across our marine and subsea divisions
• Oversee and coordinate existing oil and gas chartered vessels
• Estimating, budget and cost control throughout project life cycle
• Quality assurance to ensure high standard of service delivery
• Resource and stakeholder management coordinating teams of employees and niche sub-contractors

Qualifications:

• Tertiary education in Engineering, Naval Architecture, Project Management, Transport & Logistics, or a related field; relevant experience may be excepted in lieu of a formal degree.
• Proven experience in managing projects, preferably in the offshore oil and gas or maritime construction industries.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of marine industry practices, regulations, and standards.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
