Project Station is currently seeking an exceptional Project Manager/Account Manager (5 days, 40 hours per week), looking for a dynamic and diverse role to join our team, reporting directly to the General Manager. Project Station has a casual yet professional environment.
The Project Manager then ensures that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard (within agreed specifications).They ensure the project is effectively resourced and manage
relationships with a wide range of groups (including all project contributors & stakeholders).
The Project Manager is also responsible for managing the work of consultants & subcontractors and allocating and utilising resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager with sales projects and orders. You will be comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and suppliers; being upbeat, positive and innovative.
You will be willing to put in the hard work achieving exceptional results for clients, whilst also being able to maintain a happy work-life balance
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in an project manger/account manager role
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to deal with clients and suppliers in a professional manner
- Able to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Providing support to assigned customers.
- Managing multiple projects
- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication.
- Making sure clients needs are met and any questions answered.
- Resolving any challenges.
- Understanding the clients budgets and negotiating costs.
- Help identify new sales leads.
- Procurement – sourcing, getting quotes and ordering a wide range of materials (maximizing value whilst sticking to strict budgets).
- Negotiate and develop relations with suppliers.
- Manage aspects of onsite event logistics, including bump-in, production and bump-out. As well as booking loading docks, forklifts, transport and other necessary services.
- Identifying new industry trends.
