Duties & Responsibilities:
Based in the Port Macquarrie region you will be the main conduit for managing the employee and client relationships in your region. Your duties and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;
- Maintaining regular contact with your key clients including phone calls, emails and on site visits.
- Work with our clients to define their workforce needs and identify appropriate solutions and work with the HealthX recruitment team to deliver them.
- Undertake site visits to enhance client relationships, provide support to candidates and facilitate introduction of candidates to clients and communities
- Respond to queries from clients and candidates in relation to, for example, charge rates, salary rates, performance issues, award interpretation, workplace incidents and injury.
- Provide pastoral support to our employees in the area including assisting with the mobilisation of new employees to the area.
- Be available after hours to help with emergency situations e.g. health emergencies or property emergencies that cant wait for business hours.
- Maintain client and candidate records to ensure currency of information and compliance with all business and legislative requirements
- Identify and realise organic growth opportunities amongst assigned clients
- Identify new business opportunities for future growth within your region.
- Work collaboratively and support other areas of the HealthX team as required.
- Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and support compliance and accreditation activities.
About you
- High level communication and inter-personal skills including the ability to build immediate rapport and to negotiate with, and influence clients and employees.
- Demonstrated success in account management, built on the ability to form strong relationships with assigned clients through absolute professionalism, follow-through and genuine commitment to results.
- An unrelenting desire to solve problems and deliver solutions and results.
- Proven ability to analyse data, identify opportunities and risks and respond accordingly.
- Excellent verbal and written communications including and ability to negotiate and influence a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, clients and candidates.
- High level organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and autonomously in a remote role but also work collaboratively with the team in the HealthX Head Office as required
- Self-motivated and results driven attitude, well suited to a fast-moving work environment.
- Competence to work in a culturally sensitive manner and to communicate effectively in cross cultural environments.
Qualifications
There are no mandatory qualifications.
Qualifications and/or experience in project management, human resource management, customer management, training or pastoral care management would be advantageous.
Additional Requirements
This position can require the incumbent to operate a C class motor vehicle, and an appropriate licence etc operate this type of vehicle is required. Proof of t licence must be provided before commencement of duty.
The ability to provide onsite support to clients and candidates is a requirement of this position. The ability to comply with the conditions of entry to health care and aged care facilities and similar locations, such as appropriate clothing and footwear, vaccination against certain vaccine preventable diseases, as well as obtaining a AFP criminal History check is a requirement of the position.
