About the role
In this role you will assist the Associate Director, Strategic Projects and the AMEP Support Officer to project manage all administrative and reporting requirement of the Adult Migrant Education Program (AMEP). The AMEP is a free service to help eligible migrants and humanitarian entrants with low English levels to improve their English language skills and settle into Australia. The program is funded through the Department of Home Affairs.
This is diverse and rewarding role. You will work with TAFE lecturers, AMEP students and support staff to provide high quality administrative support to ensure the collaborative and consistent management of the AMEP across the South West and Great Southern campus locations.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have strong administrative skills overseeing projects, attention to detail, proven strong communication skills including working with people from diverse backgrounds and an understanding of formal reporting requirements.
