Job Description
Toll Group is seeking a driven Project Officer to support the Toll project team with delivering specialised services to the Australian Immigration and Border Protection Marine Department. This role will be based in East Arm, and report to the Project Manager, working Monday to Friday.
This position is well suited to someone looking to start their logistics career, or a recent university graduate with basic administration experience. Full training and development support is provided.
As the Project Officer, you will:
Assist Operations Manager in the planning & day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities in marine services.
Monitor, control and manage marine operations to meet customer expectations and company objectives.
Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
Plan, coordinate and manage schedules and tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
Ensure compliance with company quality management systems, policies and procedures.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Administration experience with knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Word, and Excel.
Willingness to undertake some physical work in refueling marine vessels.
A driven personality and a passion for working safely.
