We currently have Permanent Full-Time opportunity available for a self starter who is proactive and commercially oriented individual to provide support to the project team. This is a fast-paced role, where you will be providing a range of administrative support in the areas of human resources and finance procurement within IT project delivery.

There are a few things that we’ll look for in your CV;
- Considerable experience in providing business services within a project or program management office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate successful outcomes with stakeholders of all levels;
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
- Sound knowledge of procurement and invoice processing process
- Strong organisational skills and time management skills;
- Attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable.
- Liaise with our People & Capability team to provide basic professional advice to facilitate productive working arrangements throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement and recognition;
- Liaise with our IT Technology Sourcing team to facilitate the creation of shopping carts, payment of invoices and manage the end-to-end process for agency contractors;
- Undertake business, financial, procurement and costing support activities ensuring application and compliance with corporate processes and policies;
- Utilise the Corporate document management system for submission of documents for review and approval to internal and external stakeholders.
