Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong project, reporting, and stakeholder management to join our Business Administration Services team.
Utilising your exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, you will have the opportunity to be involved in and influence several projects, as well as work with a range of different stakeholders within the leadership team.
Experience in end-to-end project work, you will be able to follow up with your stakeholders to ensure accountability and projects deliverables are met.

What can you expect to be doing?
- Support coordinate, and deliver actions identified through a number of projects.
- Utilise your administration experience to schedule project meetings and working groups, capture decisions.
- Send out project materials, minutes and agendas, as well as prepare status reports from Smart Sheet to share in meetings.
- Using your strong reporting and analytical skills on a daily basis
- Qualifications in Project Administration/ Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Strong relationship management skills across all levels of stakeholders.
- A passion for coordination and demonstrable proficiency in prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience using smart sheets
