About the Role
The role of the AO4 Project Officer is to:
- Design and create high-quality educational materials to support teachers and students.
- Desktop publish documents adhering to the Department's style and visual brand guidelines.
- Design templates to improve the layout and readability of digital and print documents.
- Edit, update and upload content to online platforms.
- Contribute to the development of quality assurance and publishing procedures.
- Undertake operational tasks that support the delivery of departmental initiatives.
- Use effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks, liaise with stakeholders and meet deadlines while maintaining a high quality.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent knowledge of design and layout.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A good understanding of online publishing processes.
- The ability to manage time and multi-task to meet strict deadlines.
- The ability to contribute ideas and work effectively in a team.
- Enthusiasm and drive to produce quality work.
