How important to you is keeping your identity safe? The Identity Matching Services (IDMS) are focused on verifying and protecting the identity of all Australians - including yours.
The IDMS is comprised of:

• the Document Verification Service (DVS) which enables authorised users to verify identify information that individuals present as evidence of identity
• Face Matching Services (FMS) Programs that use facial biometrics to compare an image to an Australian government issued source document; and
• the National Driver Licence Facial Recognition Solution (NDLFRS) which is still under development and is intended to contain the biographic and biometric information for driver licence images for each state/territory.

How you can help us make a difference
The main responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• develop strong relationships including negotiation services for key business and Branch contacts to facilitate the effective prioritisation and delivery of specialist services and to support change
• develop a high-level understanding of business directions, outcomes and strategic priorities to ensure Identity and Biometric Capability Plans will identify services, resources and capability
• position the Division as a key partner and enabler with key stakeholders in achieving outcomes for the Division while acting as an escalation point for business ideas, concerns or issues
• assist in the prioritisation and triage of project and change proposals
• identify and understand stakeholder business models to anticipate demand
• demonstrated Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination experience
• business and technical requirements gathering.
