Salary: $75,430 to $79,070 – ASO4 – Full Time / Term Contract up to 24 Months
Overview:
Deliver a range of effective project and administrative support to the Infrastructure Capital Projects Team.
Coordinate and provide administrative support including the provision of some procurement and finance functions supporting consultant, contractor and equipment suppliers.
Undertake research and analysis activities, and monitoring and reporting of key project activities to support project outcomes. Contribute to the development and implementation of projects, project plans and policies.
Perform Executive Officer function for various committees and advisory groups.
Contribute to the delivery of appropriate communication processes between Capital Projects Team members and project / program stakeholders to develop relationships that meet the needs of Infrastructure.
