Due to an expanding workload, we are looking for an experienced Project Operations Coordinator to engage and coach our exceptional project teams to deliver projects from end-to-end seamlessly, assisting project managers with resource management, completing projects to deadline, to budget, and to quality standards. The role will join our Toowoomba team full-time, be a part of key project activities and help us continue to deliver on our vision of 'Creating Innovative Solutions for Agriculture and the Environment." We aim to deliver this vision by enabling our clients to understand their supply chain environmental impacts, set meaningful sustainability targets, deliver lower environmental impacts over the short, medium and long term and offset / inset where required.
The Project Operations Coordinator will use their high-level data analysis skills to deliver projects and support the IA team in delivering industry-leading projects for major food, fibre and agribusiness clients around Australia.
Role Requirements (e.g. academic qualifications, work experience and skills):
- Demonstrated experience in a project management or Project Operations coordination role (or equivalent), preferably with quality management experience and in a consulting context.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Project Management (certification or training).
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft 365 suite, particularly in Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint and Teams.
- Highly developed organisational skills to plan and meet deadlines in a high-demand technical or commercial work environment across multiple projects.
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate, coach and influence people at all levels.
- Confidence in using and coaching others to use project management software, resource planning or CRM platforms.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and change management that lasts.Outstanding attention to detail with a desire for excellence.
- Willingness to learn and undertake professional development if required, and to participatein performance management processes if required.
- A familiarity with passion and genuine concern for the agricultural industry and a desire to develop a lasting career in agri-environmental consultancy and make a genuine and meaningful difference with the work you produce (note: an interest in agriculture is essential, and a background in agriculture is highly valued).

- NOTE: Experience in fast-paced, growing workplaces will be highly regarded.
