About the Role:
- Facilitate functional analysis and guide business users on best practices and effective solution utilisation.
- Identify solution gaps and prepare functional design documentation.
- Articulate and define requirements to optimize reporting capabilities.
- Deliver agreed outcomes to the highest quality in an efficient manner
- Contribute to the development and lead implementation of project outcomes
- Lead and document outcomes from workshops
- Manage resources and act as the business intermediary between business teams
- Ensure client deliverables are met and all processes and procedures are adhered to
- 3+ years' of experience as a Business Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Robust stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Showcase Business Analysis skills, particularly in documentation (requirements, gaps, functional specifications, test scripts, and training guides).
- Ability to articulate and understand technical concepts and communicate them in a straightforward manner.
- Familiarity with Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, and Automate) is a bonus.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights (citizen or PR)
- National Police Check (or able to obtain)
- Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and is proactive with initiative and a bias for the customer and how our consultants can best serve them
- Able to understand legal, regulatory and corporate stipulations and evaluate risk and articulate using technical and business language
- Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines with an excellent attention to detail
